UPDATE: July 17, 2009 - Estimate of number of illegal signs now put at 2000.
July 16, 2009 - Cleanigans Home Services, 21 Penn Drive, North York M9L 2A6 and 1183 Finch Avenue West, North York M3J 2G2 Street SPAMMED West Toronto neighbourhoods with an estimated 1,000 junk signs strapped to traffic signs. Alert residents have started removing many of them along The Kingsway but many more remain to be removed and your help is needed.
